Hallie Coyne

is a research associate at the American Enterprise Institute, where she supports work on defense budgets, defense reform and acquisition, defense strategy, and military readiness. Before joining AEI, Coyne worked at Oracle as a business development consultant. She holds a BA with honors from the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, with majors in international relations and history.
