Scott Gentz (right) of Lamont, Iowa, members of Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 133rd Infantry Regiment, set up a mortar system in Lowkar village on Nov. 10, 2010. Commando works throughout the Nuristan and Laghman Provinces to improve security in eastern Afghanistan. Charlie Company cooperates with the Nuristan Provincial Reconstruction Team and is also based at Forward Operating Base Kalagush.
