The Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group at the Center for Strategic and International Studies is currently conducting a study on the Future of Army Modernization.

This study seeks to answer the following questions:

  • How does the current Army modernization environment compare with past budget drawdowns?
  • What can we learn about future Army investment portfolios from stated modernization priorities?
  • How should the Army prioritize its investments to maximize the modernization effort under constrained budgets?

As part of its study on the Future of Army Modernization, the Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group has created a survey to gauge public interest on the future trajectory of Army modernization efforts.

The survey will remain open through 11:59pm Wednesday, July 13th, 2016. The survey is anonymous.

Please email any questions regarding the survey or the Future of Army Modernization Project to rmccormick@csis.org.
